PVC - High Abrasion / Low Temp

PolarFlex

MWE would like to introduce the PolarFlex™, the latest innovation for abrasive applications where low temperatures are a factor.

The PolarFlex™ has a top cover that is better for abrasion than a Grade II rubber but at the same time has the capabilities to withstand temperatures as low as -40°F. These factors make the PolarFlex™ the perfect solution for really tough applications present in the Agricultural, Food/Food Processing, Metal/Recycling and Grain Industries.

We stock three types of PolarFlex™ belting, the 120 crescent top, 200 COS and 300 COS.
The crescent top is well suited for agricultural tubeveyors and other incline applications in low temperature and highly abrasive environments. The 200 and 300 COS (cover one side) are smooth top belts that can also be cleated to your specifications.

PolarFlex 120 CT PolarFlex 200 COS

If your main application concerns involve highly abrasive material in low temperature conditions, then the PolarFlex™ is the belt for you.
